How do I remove my shirt and go shirtless in NBA 2K24?

Removing your shirt to go shirtless in NBA2K24 is a rep reward for hitting Rookie 3. In order to earn rep, you must join an affiliation by completing the quest for Shakedown (Rise) or LD2K (Elite) Once you join an affiliation you will start getting rep for city/prom/theater games.

After reaching Rookie 3 go to the MyCareer menu and tab over to your players appearance. Select 'Top' and then choose No Shirt.

Removing your shirt has gotten progressively easier over the years.
