Quick Trigger Badge Details
No Dips were introduced in NBA2K26 and were very powerful as anyone could do it with no penalty. Just hold LT on xbox or L2 on PS5 while the ball is coming to you to activate the no dip. In 27, you absolutely need the badge at a decent level to be consistent with no dips.Badge Token Costs

How to Use the Badge Unlock Tool
- If the first column of the row is green the attribute is REQUIRED to unlock the badge.
- If the first column of the row is yellow then that category is one of multiple options to meet the requirement and there are alternative yellow rows you could choose to unlock this badge.

We tested a normal shot, then the same shot with only no dips at each badge level and without the badge. We took 100 shots every 5 milliseconds throughout the green window to see what changed with each badge level.
Quick Trigger Test Results
Test 1: Avg Make % Per Badge Level
- Legend = 50.7%
- HoF = 45.8%
- Gold = 41.9%
- Silver = 37.7%
- Bronze = 34.1%
- None = 33.1%
- Normal Shot 50.4% We found that doing a no dip jumper without the badge was making the shot way more difficult. In 2k26 there was no penalty for no dipping your shot, it just made it faster. This year there is a penalty for no dipping and each badge level reduces that penalty. Legend is basically just like 2k26 with no penalty. So if you want to no dip, at least go on gold, but higher is better
