Shooting

Limitless Range

Limitless Range Badge Details

Limitless Range hasn't really been effective the past couple of 2ks unless you had takeover, but that changes this year. Shooting from deep even on lower badge levels is actually a viable shot again which really opens up the floor on offense. The defenders are forced to play out and jump at nearly every shot.

How to Use the Badge Unlock Tool
  • If the first column of the row is green the attribute is REQUIRED to unlock the badge.
  • If the first column of the row is yellow then that category is one of multiple options to meet the requirement and there are alternative yellow rows you could choose to unlock this badge.

If you have the extra badge tokens, I would still go as high as you can because being able to shoot from that distance opens up the floor so much for the team.
Secondary Ball Handlers

Same as the PG, spacing is everything with out crazy lanes are. Being a threat from deep helps open up the floor

Same build, same jumpshot, 9 hold times from 541ms to 581ms, at each of the six badge levels and both distances. Averaged across the test, Legend adds 3.9 points at 27 feet and 8.6 points at 30 feet over no badge. The make rate axis starts at zero, because the area under each curve is the width of its window.

We took a sample of 100 shots every 5 milliseconds throughout the green window at each badge level and without the badge at 27FT and again at 30FT and compared the results. The badge activates at 27 FT or further
