Deadeye Badge Description
Jump shots taken with a defender closing out receive less of a penalty from a shot contest
Primary Ball Handlers
Gold
If you plan on shooting many 3PTs, go for at least Gold.
Sharps
Gold/HoF
If you are a sharpshooter with access to higher ratings, go for at least Gold. If you also have the luxury to use your Max +1, go for HoF.
Bigs
Silver
You will likely only have access to the Silver level. You shouldn't prioritize this badge, but it is nice to have.
Deadeye Test Details
To test Deadeye, we took over 11,000 shots with a shooter who had a 92 3PT rating against a defender with Bronze Challenger (85 Per. Def.) closing out, which provided the shooter open or light contest.

Make % Boost compared to no badge @ 585 MS:
- Legend = 35% boost
- HoF = 32% boost
- Gold = 22% boost
- Silver = 14% boost
- Bronze = 12% boost
