Clutch shooter will help you with shooting in late game situations and when the score is close in late game park games. The boost isnt that great but it is a cheap investment. We generally don't recommend the bagde unless you have some extra badge points to spend

Clutch Shooter - 2k23 Test Details
To Activate the Clutch Shooter badge in NBA 2k23 in the Park one team must have at least 15 points and the score must be within 8 points. This means 15-7 is the lowest possible score for the badge to activate. It does not matter whether your team has 15 or 8, the badge will begin to activate at this point and continue to activate as long as the score is within 8.
Clutch Shooter - 2k23 Test Results
To test the badge we went to blacktop and set the score to win to be games to 5 points. We then had the defensive player get a 2-0 lead and had the player with Clutch Shooter attempt a 3. The 2-0 lead is enough to activate Clutch Shooter in a game to 5.
The boost from the badge does not appear to be as impactful as it was in past years.

This table shows how many attribute points you need in order to unlock a badge at the level in the header. If a badge is a Tier 1 badge you do not need any attributes in order to unlock the badge at a bronze level. If its Tier 2 or 3, you will need to meet the attribute threshold to unlock the badge. If there is more than one attribute listed, you only need to meet the threshold on one of the attributes, not multiple.
