To test the Drop Stepper badge in 2k23 we took 100 drop steps against a defender with equal strength and recorded whether we got a favorable drop step animation.

Dropstepper - 2k23 Test Results

The results show a huge boost in successful drop steps at the Hall of Fame level. If you attempt to score from the post much then Drop Stopper is a great option.
