Aerial Wizard helps you finish Alley-Oops by making the catches and the passes easier. The timing window also gets a slight boost, but normally Alley-Oops should be wide open otherwise you'll get taken out of the animation frequently.

To test Aerial Wizard we attempted 1,200 putbacks and looked at the putback rate with each level of Aerial Wizard.

Putback Rate Tested at Badge Level Requirement on HoF Difficulty:

Legend = 78.5% Dunk; 21.5% Miss
HoF = 71% Dunk; 29% Miss
Gold = 65.5% Dunk; 34.5% Miss
Silver = 56% Dunk; 44% Miss
Bronze = 43.5% Dunk; 56.5% Miss
None = 34% Dunk; 66% Miss

Each badge level provides a fairly linear boost, but the biggest jump from the previous badge level happens from Bronze to Silver. We can see a 12% increase in putback rate for a total of 56% success rate. Going from Silver to Gold provides another solid boost by almost 10% for a total of 65.5%. At HoF the boost is effective, but it starts to plateau slightly. But when we get to Legend, this can more than double your putback success rate when compared to having no badge. And that's about a 45% swing in success rate.
