NBA 2K26 introduce per la prima volta le ricompense Crew. Servono a spingere i giocatori a entrare in una Crew e a giocare con gli altri membri per ottenere boost e bonus aggiuntivi.
Alcuni di questi bonus pesano parecchio: Cap Breaker aggiuntivi, Gatorade e Skill Boost illimitati, Max +1 ai distintivi e altro ancora. Sono ricompense che portano il tuo build su un altro livello.

- Livello 1: Play games to earn CXP for the Crew. Earn a bonus when your team is made up of Crew members. Complete Weekly Challenges for big CXP gains. Unlock rewards across 30 levels.
- Livello 2: New Crew Intro Backgrounds diisplayed when playing together in games.
- Livello 3: Crew Look Unlocked! Members can wear outfits that display your Crew colors and logo. Edit your look in the MyPLAYER Appearance menu.
- Livello 4: The Curtain Teammote
- Livello 5: New Crew Logo options customizable by the President and VPs.
- Livello 6: Earn a 5% REP Bonus when your team is made up of your Crew members.
